BBQ season is now upon us!!  Light up the grill and impress your friends and family with this simple, and delicious chicken recipe!
Serves: 4
Cook Time: 20 mins


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup Oliv Oregano EVOO
  • ¼ cup Oliv White Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Thyme
  • Sprinkle of Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  1. Between two pieces of waxed paper, pound chicken breasts to even thickness
  2. Mix all other ingredients together
  3. Place chicken breasts in a 9 X 11 glass dish and pour the marinade over them, turning them to ensure that they are completely coated
  4. Cover the dish with a lid or plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour
  5. Place the chicken on a hot grill and cook, turning once, until the meat has reached an internal temperature of 165ºF (will usually take 15-20 mins, but can vary depending on size and thickness of the meat)
  6. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to draw back into the center of the meat
  7. Enjoy!
